Private Equity and Finance Associate Attorney

Greenwich office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a private equity and finance associate attorney with 4+ years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience. The candidate should preferably have strong transactional experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, venture capital financing, strategic joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, and general corporate matters. Must be a member of the CT Bar and be in good standing. Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills are needed.
