Business Transactions Associate Attorney

Perkasie office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business transactions associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel handling general corporate, real estate, and transactional matters. The candidate should preferably have experience with entity operating/partnership/shareholder agreements, asset-purchase agreements, employment agreements, succession planning, tax, financing transactions, real estate acquisitions and leasing, and/or general contract drafting and negotiation. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. This is a partnership track attorney. Must be licensed to practice in PA.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
