Life Sciences Licensing Senior Associate/Counsel

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks life sciences licensing senior associate/counsel with 6+ years of experience. The candidate should preferably have a background in drafting and negotiating complex technology transfer agreements in the Life Sciences industry working with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostic or medical device companies. Should have experience in licensing, technology transfer and other technology transactions involving intellectual property as well as in conducting due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers in the life sciences arena. Should also have experience in some or all of the following: collaboration agreements and intellectual property licenses (such as patent, know-how and trademark licenses); early stage evaluation, joint development and other strategic alliance agreements; and distribution, supply, manufacturing or services agreements. Should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
