Senior Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate must have experience in construction contract review, drafting and negotiation, subcontractor disputes, Miller Bond claims, federal contract protests, Army Board of Contract Appeals, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, mechanics liens, requests for equitable adjustment and construction orders. An architecture or engineering background, or previous experience working in a construction company is a plus, as well as public procurement and construction contract compliance. Portable business is necessary. Preferred licensures in Illinois, Arizona, Ohio, California and/or Federal Court of Claims.
