Trusts and Estate Associate Attorney

Asheville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trusts and estate associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have high-level experience in estate planning (including the drafting of Wills, Trust Agreements, Powers of Attorneys, and Health Care Directives), probate law, trust and estate administration, charitable planning, business succession planning, and related tax matters. Experience preparing and reviewing estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina (or eligibility to waive in).

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited law program. Should have exceptional project management skills, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to develop and manage relationships with clients and other firm members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary.
