We like this mid-sized firm because it takes pride in the high quality of its attorneys. The firm looks for bright, creative, ambitious lawyers who will be able to provide leadership and far-reaching business counsel to clients. The firm culture revolves around individuality while promoting teamwork. New associates are quickly exposed to substantial professional opportunities, including some chances for early client contact. Compensation is competitive for first-year associates and above market for senior associates. We've overheard associates praise the firm for its merit-based compensation system.
