Real Estate Attorney

Pittsburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate attorney with 3 years of legal experience in commercial real estate transactions or a related field (fewer years may be considered if such experience has sufficient depth and quality). The candidate will be drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, and acquisition loan documents (industrial, multi-family, office, and retail properties). Title and survey matters attendant with such matters. Drafting and negotiating lease agreements for office (retail and industrial properties). Must have the ability to organize/prioritize, and handle multiple time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills.
