Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Garden City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a plaintiff's personal injury trial attorney with 10 years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury litigation, including but not limited to slip and fall, motor vehicle accident, and Labor Law cases. Will communicate with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and provide them with guidance. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and expert disclosures. Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients. Appear for court dates, including motion appearances and trials, depositions, arbitration, and mediation in all counties and federal district courts. Must have experience trying personal injury cases.

The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with clients. Must have strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
