Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mechanical patent prosecution associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patents in mechanical technologies. The candidate must be USPTO registered. Should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience. Must be skilled in utility and design patent prosecution, global patent strategic planning, management of foreign counsel and patent illustrators, opinion and due diligence activities, and IP litigation support. Knowledge and experience with other forms of intellectual property protection are a plus. International experience is also a plus. Exemplar client communication skills, ability to work on a team, and responsiveness are a must.
