Litigation Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience litigating cases from the start through trial. The candidate will handle a diverse caseload while demonstrating exemplary case and client management skills. Practice areas commonly include general complex civil/business litigation, family law, personal injury, criminal law and bankruptcy adversarial proceedings. Must have experience in Probate proceedings such as filing petitions, defending claims against estates; settling estates, mediating or bringing claims to court; filing lawsuits; organizing and presenting arguments and counter-arguments. Must have legal project management experience. Must be admitted to practice in the state of California. Must have Trust Administration experience.

The candidate must have strong research and writing skills. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be PC Proficient. Working knowledge of ProLaw is desired.
