Energy and Infrastructure Associate Attorney

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks energy and infrastructure associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in the areas of energy and/or infrastructure-focused projects work (relating to renewables, power, oil and gas and/or infrastructure), including tax equity and project financing, project development, and/or M&A. The candidate will work closely with developers of renewable energy projects, tech startups, public companies and others with transactional challenges involving permitting, hazardous substances liability and climate change. Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state is required. Strong demonstrated skills in agreement drafting and negotiation essential. Experience identifying environmental and permitting risk and negotiating the allocation of that risk, essential. In-depth experience with environmental regulatory and permitting a plus.

The candidate must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills.
