Junior Attorney with litigation experience

Fairfield office of our client seeks junior attorney with experience. Will assist senior associates with case management. Will summarize all medical records and discovery received. Assist senior associates in expert retention, including continued contact with experts throughout case pendency. Prepare initial and updated status reports. Ensure all discovery request have been made and responded to. Create case time lines for all medical treatment received. Attend depositions, court conference, record inspections, etc. and prepare timely file memos for same. Update senior associates on case status and pertinent developments, as well as update the file review sheets. File necessary motions at managing attorney's discretion when necessary.
