Intellectual Property Partner-level Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an intellectual property partner-level attorney with extensive experience drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and advising clients on IP related agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements and license agreements, and IP provisions in commercial agreements, such as manufacturing agreements, and supply agreements. The candidate should preferably have substantial experience advising and counseling clients on various IP matters involving copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

This is a Florida-based business law firm. Its attorney team members are organized into four practice teams: the Administrative Law team, the Business Reorganization team, the Dispute Resolution team, and the Transaction team.
