Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks personal injury pre-suit attorney with 2-5 years of personal injury experience. The candidate will handle all pre-litigation work. Will complete the Flip-to-Lit approval. Guide clients through the case process. Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages. Manage the release approval process. Manage a team of Case Managers. Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team. EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.

The candidate must have strong negotiation skills and possess a dedicated passion for helping people. A law degree from a fully accredited law school is essential. Should have the ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases. Excellent client service and communication skills are needed. Should have strong leadership skills. Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. Strong negotiating skills are needed.
