Associate Attorney

Greenville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-3 years of litigation and trial experience. The candidate will do a pre-legal review of documents to confirm proof of the client's legal claims. Review of pleadings in preparation of filing civil actions. Review of all responsive pleadings filed by opposing parties. Prepare correspondence, motions, discovery, and other legal pleadings during the course of civil proceedings. Frequent travel throughout the state to attend various hearings including default calendars, motions, and trials. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. SC Bar - licensed and admitted to practice in South Carolina is required. MS Office Suite experience is preferred.
