Real Estate Associate Attorney

Cherry Hill office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 4 years of real estate experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in the following areas: Acquisition and Sales; Leasing and Financing; Land Use, Permitting and Approvals; Development and Redevelopment; Investment Funds; Workouts, Restructurings, and Foreclosures; Condemnation/Eminent Domain; Tax Appeals and Tax Matters. Must demonstrate knowledge of real estate transactions and land use applications and have the ability to appear before Planning and Zoning Boards.

The candidate should preferably have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. The ability and desire to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position and substantive area evolves is a plus. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is desired. The ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team is a plus. Should preferably have the ability to develop new relationships and foster teamwork at all levels. The ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion is preferred. Should preferably have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
