Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in New Jersey.
  • At least 7 years of experience in estate planning.
  • Experience in taxable estate and tax matters.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, client-first approach with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
