The candidate will have due diligence on real estate transactions, including review of title commitments, negotiation of title policies, review of surveys and analysis of zoning reports. Experience with title, survey and zoning matters is preferred. Must be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, good interpersonal skills, and a strong client-team focused work ethic.
