Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3 years of insurance coverage litigation experience. The candidate will join the Coverage Litigation and Directors and Officers and Financial Institutions teams. Will serve in the representation of Domestic, London market, and International insurers and D&O and financial institution insurers with respect to litigation management, alternative dispute resolution, and coverage litigation. Serve in typical matters of insurance coverage actions, securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and regulatory actions involving publicly traded companies. Financial institutions, directors and officers and general liability experience is needed. CA Bar membership will be required.

Should be comfortable with a varied caseload, possess exceptional attention to detail and be a self-starter. Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent academic credentials needed.
