Des Moines office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an FDA regulatory attorney with 7 years of experience in an agency or law firm or in-house experience in an FDA compliance/legal advisory role. The candidate must have substantial experience in advising health care and medical technology clients in FDA regulatory matters, including advertising compliance, off-label use, 510k to post-market requirements, clinical studies, interaction with agencies, medical device reimbursement, human subject research and IRB standards compliance, and FDA subject matter due diligence review in M&A context. Must be an active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Must have a strong academic background and a J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School. Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
