Mid-level Energy Associate Attorney

Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level energy associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will assist with transactional work associated with energy projects, including transmission lines and solar/solar+storage developments. Work would include drafting easements, line crossing agreements, interconnection agreements, etc. Experience obtaining local permits for such projects (e.g., from counties, ASLD, BLM, the Army Corp of Engineers), would also be useful. Must be admitted to the Arizona Bar or willing to sit for the Arizona Bar.

The candidate must have top academic performance from a nationally-ranked law school, strong writing and analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a collegial team environment.
