New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior-level insurance litigation special counsel with 7-10 years of experience handling all types of complex insurance/reinsurance matters and coverage disputes. The candidate will integrate into the robust Insurance/Reinsurance practice and commit to providing the highest quality of client service in support of a broad range of complicated matters. Will handle all types of coverage issues including professional liability, life and health, variable annuity, general liability, surety, product liability, employment discrimination, first-party property, and environmental matters. Must be a member of the NY Bar. Experience with both reinsurance and direct insurance coverage issues would be a plus. Should have significant experience, some litigation and/or arbitration experience, and is able to integrate quickly into matters.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent critical reasoning skills, and strong legal writing skills. Must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
