New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level to senior regulatory/SEC practice attorney with 4+ years of transactional experience. The candidate will be preparing SEC filings for clients and advising on same, advising clients on securities regulations, preparing and revising compliance policies and procedures for the investment fund clients, conducting training for the clients on relevant regulatory policies and initiatives, and assisting in pitching for new work in the compliance/regulatory space from new and existing investment fund clients.

The candidate should have stellar organizational skills, as well as professional and academic credentials.
