Nashville office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will be litigating in immigration court and BIA in addition to working with ICE and CBP for detained cases. Experience in family, consular process, adjustment of status, VAWA, UVisa, SIJ is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Must work well as team and work independently with diligence. Basic knowledge of word, pdf, excell, proficient typing minimum 45 wpm is essential. Excellent organizational skills, experience with case management and calendaring, creative arguments, professional, prompt, responsible, must be a hard worker, energetic and positive is needed.
