The firm’s Commercial Litigation Division handles a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, general corporate work, and both commercial and residential real estate matters. The ideal candidate will bring 16 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong background in legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and managing discovery processes. This position requires a motivated, independent, and detail-oriented attorney who excels in client communication and legal writing.


Location:

  • Fort Lauderdale

Duties:

  • Handle commercial litigation matters, including corporate work and real estate issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Manage discovery demands, including document collection, review, and production.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Work independently while being a proactive team player.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

  • 16 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong experience with legal research, document review, and drafting of legal documents.
  • Proven ability to manage discovery processes.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and client management skills.
  • Must be a team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission (Required).
