Menlo Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level associate attorney with 3+ years of antitrust (mergers or litigation) experience. The candidate will work closely with partners to help build a growing global antitrust practice, take on a larger role in matters, business development, and client-facing activities, as well leadership opportunities in the firm and the antitrust Bar. Should have a major law firm or government experience and a proven track record of commitment to world-class client service and teamwork. Experience advising clients in antitrust analysis and counseling for antitrust merger review and enforcement and/or in antitrust litigation or government investigations and enforcement actions is mandatory. Prior experience and interest in antitrust class actions are preferred. Should have federal judicial clerkship experience.

The candidate should have strong client and technical skills, be team-oriented, and have a problem-solving personality. A strong work ethic, solid interpersonal skills, and a motivated, entrepreneurial outlook are essential. Must also possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication and organizational skills.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a sizable bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
