Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 6 years of business litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have extensive commercial real estate litigation experience and also corporate litigation experience, including preparation of pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction papers, e-discovery, and discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions. There is a strong preference for Bars in both New York and New Jersey. Extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts (New York and/or New Jersey preferred) is desired.

The candidate should be confident to be the lead attorney on several matters, have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.

The New York law office entered the legal market eight years ago. Sixty practiced attorneys are employed at the New York office. Areas of concentration include finance; general-real estate, bankruptcy-restructurings, corporate-securities, and litigation. Practice industries are varied.
