Trial Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trial attorney with 10+ years of experience. The candidate will assume first chair responsibilities for trial efforts. Candidate will help to develop trial strategy and conduct complicated research projects in the prosecution of the cases. Additional consideration given to those with significant experience in Arbitration, Coordinated Proceedings and Multi-District Litigation. Candidate will directly interface with specialized outside counsel on behalf of the firm and its clients; draft moving papers, oppositions involving novel and complicated issues and appear at hearing for motions and oppositions; and conduct depositions of PMK witnesses, apex employees, mechanical and fraud experts. Must have California Bar license. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

The candidate should have strong communications skills and a can-do attitude. Must have a JD degree. Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal. Should have ability in decision-making and problem-solving. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills needed.
