New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employee benefits attorney with 5+ years of experience handling employee benefits, ERISA, and executive compensation matters. The candidate must be skilled in the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation arrangements, insurance benefits, fringe benefits, deferred compensation arrangements, and incentive bonus programs. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan or eligible for admission by examination or waiver. A portable book of business is a plus.

The candidate should have a strong academic record, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The firm offers health, dental, and life insurance options, including health savings accounts, long- and short-term disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution.
