Attorney

Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 2 years of related experience. The candidate will conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions. Preside over paralegals, and administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects. Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks. Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence. Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action. Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings. Determine case strategies and solutions to serve client's needs after analysis. Must be a member of their local bar association active member preferred Association. The Spanish language is preferred.

The candidate must be completed an accredited law school with a JD degree. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed. Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) are required. Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must.
