Labor And Employment Associate Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment associate attorney with 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will interpret and advise clients on labor laws and regulations. Will manage cases involving workplace safety, disability, employee leave, workplace harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, etc. Draft and review employment agreements, contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks. Must be admitted to practice in Colorado or able to be waived in. 1 year of NLRB experience is required.

The candidate should have J.D. from an ABA-accredited school. Must have a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, high level of attention to detail, and exemplary client service skills. must be a team player. Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills needed.
