New York City office of an AmLaw firm seeks technology transactions associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience. The candidate should have drafting expertise, knowledge of intellectual property law and deal experience. Working knowledge of intellectual property transactions (such as outsourcing arrangements, digital content licensing deals, other media/entertainment matters, technology licensing agreements, software development agreements and/or IP due diligence) is also required. Technical background (a science degree or computer programming experience), media/entertainment industry experience and exposure to cross-border transactions are a plus.
