Chicago office of an AmLaw firm seeks health care operations associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate should preferably have consulting or other practical and operational experience. Must have experience with the application and implementation of one or more of the following to healthcare law areas of specialty: healthcare fraud and abuse laws (federal anti-kickback, Stark and CMP provisions); Medicare ACOs and other payment alignment systems, Medicare enrollment, billing and reimbursement; transactional support for healthcare M&A deals.

The candidate should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated interests.
