Charlotte office of our client seeks personal injury attorney with preferably 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will manage complex injury cases, ensuring the clients receive the best possible outcome for their cases. Will manage Settlement department. Perform settlement appointments regularly. Handle escalated calls that require attorney communication. Supervise direct reports, to ensure team members carry out their assigned duties. Perform annual review of direct reports; assist with annual reviews for other Settlement department team members. Manage employee issues that may arise in collaboration with the firm HR Director. Review Settlement Memos for accuracy after negotiations are complete. Answer questions from other attorneys and team members regarding settlements. Handle calls from adjusters, regarding issues, post-settlement. Ensure the LOMAD method of asking for referrals is employed during each disbursement. Supervisory experience highly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and ability to learn and use various software programs essential. Experience using Needles or other CRM software preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Undergraduate degree in business preferred. Should have Admission in good standing to NC State Bar; admission to SC State Bar a plus.

The candidate should have ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple priorities and lead others. Strong math skills a must. Should have ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail. Must have excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. Should have ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice. Must have Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
