Washington DC office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate transaction associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will be managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A. Must have sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or M&A matters.

The candidate must have significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, commercial lenders, and other advisors. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
