The candidate may be responsible for all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, portfolio management, advertising, and copyright issues. Must be licensed or have the ability to become licensed in TX.

The candidate should also have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
