San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in natural resources litigation, or a desire to focus ones general litigation skills to natural resources litigation. The ideal candidate must have experience in a number of critical areas of natural resources law, including litigation and administrative proceedings, strategic water supply planning, water rights permitting and regulatory compliance, adjudications of groundwater rights and water utility concerns. Must have understanding of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance, administrative proceedings, complex groundwater adjudications, water rights due diligence and transfers, and infrastructure development and use.

The ideal candidate must have an excellent academic record, strong writing, analytical, and public presentation skills, and the ability to work cooperatively with clients, agency officials, and the public.
