Associate Attorney with 1 year of corporate legal experience

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1 year of corporate legal experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to be surrounded by peers who possess complimentary expertise that allow for collaboration in finding solutions and the chance to direct their growth and pursue a wide range of practice opportunities for clients with diverse needs. Should preferably have 1 year of experience in general corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate drafting. Additional experience and interest in healthcare transactional matters, federal and state healthcare regulatory matters, including anti-kickback, self-referral laws, state licensure, insurance laws, HIPAA, due diligence investigations, and healthcare regulatory matters, is a plus. Should preferably have big law firm experience. Florida Bar membership is required.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and who is highly motivated. Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Should preferably have immediately transferable skills and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools.
