Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated associate with experience in mortgage loan warehouse facilities to join their Finance and Real Estate practice in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling complex transactions and a strong understanding of repurchase facility and loan-on-loan structures.

Duties

• Participate in the preparation and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
• Act as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing.
• Collaborate with lenders and borrowers on mortgage loan warehouse transactions.

Requirements

• Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
• Hands-on experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse transactions preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
