• Conduct legal research and analysis on securities law and capital markets issues.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Manage multiple client matters efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of relevant experience in securities and capital markets law.
• Experience representing issuers and investment banks in securities offerings.
• Proven track record advising publicly traded companies on compliance and corporate governance.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
