Senior Litigation (Consumer Markets) Associate Attorney

Melbourne office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior litigation (consumer markets) associate attorney with 5+ years of pqe. The candidate will have a strong focus on franchising and consumer markets, including some government work. Will be working on substantial large-scale commercial litigation matters including class actions, and be working with some of the world's best-known brands spanning the consumer, retail, automotive, and leisure sectors. Manage a broad range of large-scale commercial litigation matters with some of the world's premier brands. Draft correspondence and evidence, run interlocutory applications and trials. Assist with a briefing and instructing counsel and liaising directly with clients. Mentor Graduates and Summer Clerks. Assist with Business Development initiatives. Must have a strong desire to work on complex, high-profile litigation. Excellent written, drafting, and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong client liaison skills are needed.
