Corporate and Securities Associate Attorney

Uniondale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate and securities associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financings, private placements, SEC and general corporate practice. Law Review and/or Moot Court is required.

The candidate should have exceptional writing, researching and interpersonal skills, superior law school class rank.
