Nashville office of our client seeks immigration attorney with preferably 3-5 years of trial experience. The candidate will research and draft motions, memorandums of law, briefs, and other legal and non legal documents, prepare clients for court, prepare for and attend trials. Will identify legal or factual issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex issues. Remain current on federal and state laws, regulations, and practices affecting the clients and the immigration practice. Work with passion and as a team, using the skills and knowledge to defend the rights of the immigrant population. Must have an LL.M. degree. Should have license to practice law in a US Jurisdiction.

The candidate should have a JD degree with exceptional academic credentials. Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills are needed. Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism are essential. Ability to work independently and in teams is needed. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.
