The candidate must have experience with the preparation and registration of franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, area development agreements, franchise compliance issues, and related franchise transactions. Should have Bar admission. Must have fluency in Spanish. Must have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills and experience.
