Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Greenville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial real estate attorney with 5+ years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions (ideally representing lenders, as well as borrowers), real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, leasing, and mortgage lending. The candidate will handle a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate lending. Will work with real estate attorneys in representing commercial lenders, private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary businesses, and large land owners. Demonstrated understanding of real property law and commercial real estate finance is required. Must have an active South Carolina Bar license or be eligible and willing to take the South Carolina Bar.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials with oral and writing skills. Demonstrated capacity for independently managing complex real estate transactions is required.
