The candidate must be a registered patent agent with an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in Electrical Engineering. Opinion, client counseling, and transactional experience are also preferred. USPTO registration in good standing is required.

The candidate must possess strong technical credentials in electrical engineering, preferably including industrial robotics, AI and machine learning primarily, electronic controls, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
