The candidate will focus on prosecution and litigation of trademark matters. Will counsel clients on intellectual property matters, with a focus on trademarks and copyrights, and for the litigation of intellectual property disputes. Should have experience with trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement, as well as ex parte and inter partes proceedings before the TTAB. Must have Bar admission.
