Mid-Level Estates And Probate Attorney

Richland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level estate and probate attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will be researching and analyzing the law on complex legal issues. Will be writing memorandums, briefs, letters, and other documents. Marketing and the firms services to prospective clients. Performing discovery of various electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation. Performing due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Communicating and advising clients. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Trial experience preferred. Must have significant mediation experience. An established book of business is required. Must have Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal Admission) to the Washington Bar.

The candidate should have excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent legal research skills. A Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school is required.
