Commercial Litigation Attorney

Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial litigation attorney with 6+ years of experience in complex litigation. The candidate can be a mid-level or senior-level associate or junior partner. Must have demonstrated focused experience with defense-side litigation, a solid work history, and be admitted to the OH Bar or licensed in another state and eligible to waive in. Should have strong academic credentials and experience in conducting discovery, litigating cases in federal court, and researching and writing complex motions and briefs. Those who have experience in preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials are preferred. Experience with healthcare payor/provider litigation matters is a bonus. Should ideally have mid-to-large firm training, judicial clerk experience, or other sophisticated litigation experience. Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills are required.
