Trust and Estates Attorney

Columbia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trust and estates attorney with 2 years of experience in estate planning and administration and related legal services to individuals, charitable organizations, and fiduciaries. The candidate should preferably have experience with estate administration, trust accounting, and the preparation of estate tax returns. Must have Admission to the South Carolina Bar.

The candidate should have a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Professional appearance, strong drafting, and clear oral communication are required. Must have strong decision-making and organization. Proven project management and professional management skills are needed. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record. LLM in taxation or estate planning is preferred.
